Restaurant Refrigerator Why Do We Put Ketchup In The Refrigerator At Home But Restaurants Leave It On The Table?

Why do we put Ketchup in the refrigerator at home but restaurants leave it on the table? - restaurant refrigerator

I leave aside, my friend, the freaks and cool, but the label says refrigerate after opening. I do not know how cold ketchup on food, when food is hot.

Refridgerated should normally ketchup, or provide other things that people in the refrigerator, such as peanut butter, maple syrup, mustard or pickles (May, but is in the fridge!). He has plenty of other things and acids in it not so, you deceive. While the use in a week or more should be good. If the above does pfft-up! "The opening then it is too hot in one place and I would not be used.

Most restaurants fill their tomato sauce, tomato sauce on the bottom of the bottle can be months. I worked in restaurants for 20 years and never chilled, even in chain restaurants.

I recommend that you get only your ketchup bottle and can not in a refrigerator. If that fails, get small packages. If that fails, get a new girlfriend!

Reliz what this is, after closing the restaurant, put ketchup on the fridge too. I also believe that the label shows refrigerator after opening. Some restaurants keep ketchup in the fridge the whole time and bring a bottle of cold when you are prompted.

I also, in the refrigerator and leave on the table. I can find nothing in the taste. Maybe they keep in the fridge and stay fresh longer, have not only reduced the quality of the material, such as restaurants have great offers. But who knows, maybe remove ketcup after the restaurant late at night the bottles and put them in the fridge and in the morning before opening the day of your departure. After everything is done, do not say ketcup tomatoes and tomato in FRIG THR share, cuz they spoil quickly. That is my guess.

Ketchup does not need refrigeration. His friend was misinformed. Check the label.

Tomato sauce is not refrigerated in the store. We put our ketchup in the fridge every night after closing.
